Wrestling is a form of combat sport that uses clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds to control an opponent. In our classes you’ll improve your overall balance and take-down abilities whether your goal is related to MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or even pure wrestling. Ear guards are not required, but highly recommended.
