Joel offers an amazing workout program designed for everyone,including
people with injuries and limitations. October 2006 I was in
serious motor vehicle accident, leaving me with nerve damage to
my hip flexors and right arm. By January of 2007 I was back at
a slower pace,
using Joel's combat fitness class as a part of my on going therapy.
As of April with Joel's continued help, I have recovered quickly
building
back muscles, and regaining the feeling in my arm. My quick recovery
has been credited to Joel's efforts, in taking the time to listen
to
my limitations, work with me, and to improve my weak areas. Further
to this, Combat fitness has finally helped me get back my six pack
after having 3 kids in 4 years (I never thought I'd ever get those
back)! Driving 1 hour each way from Hamilton to Thornhill for me,
twice a week is well worth every penny....
