Getting in shape should be enjoyable. For most people, going to the gym is no fun. It's true that there can be no fun in the monotony and repetition of lifting weights or jogging on cardio equipment. Everyone wants a flat stomach, but let's face it, the gym is really a warehouse with machines that won't guide you anywhere, with guys trying to look tough, sizing you up constantly. Not much individual attention, too many lines, too much of what you don't need. Beginner / Introductory classess - starting every day!

Our ideal workout is over before you know it, with plenty of personal attention, and it makes you not only physically stronger, but mentally too. In the past, if someone wanted to get in shape both in mind and body AND have fun they had few options.

I come to Revolution classes religiously. The instruction is so easy to understand and very hands on; you don’t need to have any previous understanding or history to get started. It’s simple, fun and I get a great cardio workout no matter which class I take.

Joel is well versed in multiple disciplines and has a great approach to instruction. The staff and students are friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help.
