Maple and is geared for beginners to advanced levels.

Whether you intend to work on your fitness or eventually compete
in boxing or MMA, it is crucial to have a solid grasp of the fundamentals
in striking. If you are able to combine this with a sound ground
game in Jiu Jitsu, you have major ingrediants in the recipe of
a complete fighter.
Our one of kind Boxing programme was developed especially with
these goals in mind, offering our members an encouraging and friendly
atmosphere where they can rapidly develop a solid foundation in
hand skills for striking.
Boxing is great to develop a strong core, great cardio, indefatiguable
legs, and good overall muscle coordination. Many students come
to develop their striking abilities for self-defense, yet others
are more interested in the fitness and weight loss benefits that
'the sweet science' has to offer.
