Revolution's boxing program already serves students from metro Toronto, Thornhill, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Concord, Markham, Woodbridge, Maple and is geared for beginners to advanced levels. Whether you intend to work on your fitness or eventually compete in boxing it is crucial to have a solid grasp of the fundamentals.
Our one of kind Boxing program was developed especially with these goals in mind, offering our members an encouraging and friendly atmosphere where they can rapidly develop a solid foundation in hand skills for striking.
Boxing is great to develop a strong core, great cardio, indefatiguable legs, and good overall muscle coordination. Many students come to develop their striking abilities for self-defense, yet others are more interested in the fitness and weight loss benefits that 'the sweet science' has to offer.

In either case: YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET HIT TO GET FIT!! But if you want to get hit, we offer sparring too.
